[Investigating] We are currently experiencing an issue with Kounta that is impacting various functions relying on the API, including POS, Back Office, Online Orders, and KDS/Bump-It for Lightspeed Restaurant O-Series. While we are seeing some improvements in the affected areas, our team is working diligently to fully resolve the issue. In the meantime, we recommend turning off ordering to prevent further disruptions. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
